Database programming with Python and SQL

Paul Robson, Cramlington Learning Village

In this workshop we will look at using SQL to create a login system and also choose a random record out of the database. This is useful for teachers of GCSE CS who are working on the programming project as an alternative to using file handing CSV techniques. It is also useful as it links in with GCSE Computer Science specifications for being able to use SQL for searching a database.
