Description
This session will show how the Little Man Computer can be used in the classroom to help students understand the fetch execute cycle and to provide an introduction to assembly language. It is a hands-on session where you will be able to try two versions of the LMC, and learn to write basic assembly code. The content is applicable to both GCSE and A level Computing. No prior experience required

Veronica Dunn's biography
Veronica has been teaching ICT/Computing since the subject was introduced into schools and also has experience as a software engineer. She is a CAS Master Teacher and runs the CAS Hub in Carlisle working with both primary and secondary teachers to develop the computing curriculum and providing a range of CPD courses to meet their needs.
